Simple Peanut Butter Almond Flour Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup almond flour
- Melted chocolate (for dipping)
- Salt (for topping)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 300F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter and honey, then add the almond flour.
Use a cookie scoop to form 10-11 cookies, make a criss cross pattern with a fork, and bake for 12 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet before dipping in melted chocolate, topping with salt, and serving.
Notes
Use raw and unfiltered honey for best results, such as from local beekeepers.
