Healthy Avocado Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp large avocado
  • 2 tbsp eggs
  • 30 g coconut blossom sugar
  • 50 g honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 30 g raw cocoa powder
  • 70 g almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 140 g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. In a bowl, stir the eggs with the coconut blossom sugar and honey until creamy.

  3. Puree the avocado together with the peanut butter using a hand blender.

  4. Add the coconut oil and egg to the mixture.

  5. Mix together almond flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder in a second bowl.

  6. Fold the dry ingredients slowly into the moist mass.

  7. Roughly chop two bars of dark chocolate and stir into the mixture.

  8. Transfer the dough into a silicone baking dish and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

  9. Only cut into pieces when the brownies have cooled down.
