Vegan Gluten-Free Fudgy Brownies
Ingredients
- 125 g oats
- 60 ml almond milk
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 dates
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp peanut butter or other nut paste
- 2 tbsp sugar-free applesauce
- A pinch of salt
- 50 g dark chocolate, chopped

- 250 g fresh raspberries
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line a square baking tin with parchment paper.
Put the oats in a blender and grind to oat flour, then transfer to a bowl and mix with cocoa and baking powder.
Add bananas, almond milk, dates, applesauce, peanut butter, and salt to the blender and mix until a creamy batter forms.
Combine the batter with the oat mixture and stir to make a firm batter, then mix in the chopped chocolate.
Pour the batter into the baking tin and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Allow the brownies to cool for 15 minutes, then add the fresh raspberries.
Cut into 9 pieces and serve.
