Chocolate Blondie with Banana and Almond Flour

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas
  • 100 grams of any nut butter
  • 1 date (optional, for more sweetness)
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of whole wheat flour
  • 80 grams of ground almonds
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3 or 4 ounces of 85% chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Mash the bananas together with the nut butter and the egg

  3. Add the whole wheat flour, ground almonds, and baking powder

  4. Finally, add the chopped chocolate and mix well

  5. Pour into the mold you're using and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C with top and bottom heat

Tips

  1. For extra sweetness, add one date to the mixture.

  2. For a gluten-free version, use buckwheat flour instead of whole wheat flour.

  3. Remember that the blondie does not rise much, so select an appropriate mold size.
