Homemade Soft Oreo Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups 1:1 gluten-free baking flour
  • 4 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms, using your hands towards the end.

  5. Roll the dough into 30 balls, flatten them, and bake for 5 minutes.

Tips

  1. Fill the baked cookies with frosting to make complete homemade Oreos.
