Homemade Soft Oreo Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups 1:1 gluten-free baking flour
- 4 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms, using your hands towards the end.
Roll the dough into 30 balls, flatten them, and bake for 5 minutes.
Tips
Fill the baked cookies with frosting to make complete homemade Oreos.
