Fluffy Cinnamon Roll Bars with White Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and spray or line an 8x8 baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder, then stir in the chocolate chips.
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, and egg.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until well combined.
Pour the batter into the 8x8 dish and bake for 23 minutes.
Serving suggestions
Top with plain yogurt and a swirl of yogurt mixed with cinnamon and coconut sugar.
