Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
Coating
- Milk
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and grease a donut hole pan or a normal donut pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and egg, then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the batter into the donut pan and bake for 10 minutes; this makes 15 donut holes.
Once cooled, pour a little extra milk into a small bowl, lightly dip the donuts in it, and then coat them in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Enjoy.
