Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Coating

  • Milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a donut hole pan or a normal donut pan.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and egg, then stir in the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the batter into the donut pan and bake for 10 minutes; this makes 15 donut holes.

  4. Once cooled, pour a little extra milk into a small bowl, lightly dip the donuts in it, and then coat them in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Enjoy.
