Banana Bread Donut Holes

Ingredients

  • 3 small ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup nut or seed butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • Coconut sugar

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and spray or line a baking sheet.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.

  3. Roll the dough into 20-25 donut holes, coat in cinnamon and coconut sugar, and bake for 10 minutes.

Tips

  1. If you use bigger bananas and the dough is too wet to roll, add a little more coconut flour.
