Banana Bread Donut Holes
Ingredients
- 3 small ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup nut or seed butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- Coconut sugar
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350F and spray or line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.
Roll the dough into 20-25 donut holes, coat in cinnamon and coconut sugar, and bake for 10 minutes.
Tips
If you use bigger bananas and the dough is too wet to roll, add a little more coconut flour.
