Easy Healthy Coconut Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg or chia egg
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup oatmilk
  • 2 ripe bananas

Preparation

  1. Mash bananas and cut walnuts into smaller bites.

  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whip together.

  3. Bake at 190°C/375°F for 40-45 minutes.

  4. Let cool then enjoy.
