Easy Healthy Coconut Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg or chia egg
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 cup oatmilk
- 2 ripe bananas
Preparation
Mash bananas and cut walnuts into smaller bites.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whip together.
Bake at 190°C/375°F for 40-45 minutes.
Let cool then enjoy.
