Carrot Date Bread with Rawnola
Ingredients
- about 1 cup rawnola
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 2/3 cup oatmilk
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 egg
Rawnola
- 8 big dates
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- cinnamon and cardamom
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp honey
Preparation
Make the rawnola in a food processor using its ingredients.
Add the rest of the date bread ingredients except carrot and pulse until evenly mixed.
Add the grated carrot and pulse a couple of times.
Bake at 190°C for about 35-45 minutes and let cool.
