Simple Healthy Blueberry Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 dl oat flour
  • 1 dl regular flour
  • 1 dl frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 dl chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 dl oatmilk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Chop the nuts.

  2. Mash the bananas.

  3. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.

  4. Pour into a baking pan or bread tin.

  5. Bake at 190°C for 45 minutes.

Tips

  1. This recipe is healthy and can be made vegan by substituting chia egg for the egg and maple syrup for the honey.
