Simple Healthy Blueberry Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 4 dl oat flour
- 1 dl regular flour
- 1 dl frozen blueberries
- 1/2 dl chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 dl oatmilk
- 2 bananas
- 1 egg
Preparation
Chop the nuts.
Mash the bananas.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Pour into a baking pan or bread tin.
Bake at 190°C for 45 minutes.
Tips
This recipe is healthy and can be made vegan by substituting chia egg for the egg and maple syrup for the honey.
