Healthy Banana Blueberry Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients

  • ~160g mashed banana (2-3)
  • 200ml plant milk
  • 20g almond/nut butter
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 200g flour, optional gf
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 50g coconut blossom sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • ~100g fresh blueberries

Optional

  • Flavedrops
  • chocolate chips/chunks

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients to a dough.

  2. Pour it into a box shape oiled or prepared with baking paper.

  3. Bake for approximately 60 minutes with upper and lower heat at 180°C or 365°F in a preheated oven.

  4. Eat as such or with chocolate or nut cream.
