Healthy Banana Blueberry Chocolate Chip Bread
Ingredients
- ~160g mashed banana (2-3)
- 200ml plant milk
- 20g almond/nut butter
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
- 200g flour, optional gf
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 50g coconut blossom sugar
- a pinch of salt
- ~100g fresh blueberries
Optional
- Flavedrops
- chocolate chips/chunks
Preparation
Mix all ingredients to a dough.
Pour it into a box shape oiled or prepared with baking paper.
Bake for approximately 60 minutes with upper and lower heat at 180°C or 365°F in a preheated oven.
Eat as such or with chocolate or nut cream.
