Simple Banana Bread with Oat Flour
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups oat flour
- 0.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoons cardamom
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.5 cups oat milk
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- 1 egg or chia egg
Preparation
Mash the bananas.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 190°C for 45 minutes.
Let cool.
Tips
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free oat flour and replace all-purpose flour with more gluten-free oat flour or coconut flour.
Store slices in the freezer for later use.
