Simple Banana Bread with Oat Flour

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups oat flour
  • 0.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 cups oat milk
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg or chia egg

Preparation

  1. Mash the bananas.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Bake at 190°C for 45 minutes.

  4. Let cool.

Tips

  1. For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free oat flour and replace all-purpose flour with more gluten-free oat flour or coconut flour.

  2. Store slices in the freezer for later use.
