Simple Blender Oat Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease or line a 9x5 loaf pan

  2. Put all of the ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor and blend until creamy

  3. Spread the batter in the loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes

Tips

  1. Top with cream cheese and avocado, or butter and jam for serving
