Simple Blender Oat Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray or line a 9x5 loaf pan.

  2. Put all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until creamy.

  3. Spread batter in the loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes.

Tips

  1. Top with cream cheese and avocado or butter and jam.
