Blueberry Muffin Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1-2 tsp. honey

Preparation

  1. Combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and frozen wild blueberries in a pot.

  2. Cook the mixture on low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and the mixture thickens.

  3. Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in honey.

  4. Serve the Blueberry Muffin Oatmeal in bowls.

  5. Top each bowl with a dollop of almond butter, if desired.
