Blueberry Vanilla Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops vanilla plant-based collagen boost creamer
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups almond milk or oat milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (thawed)
Preparation
Set the oats aside in a separate bowl.
In a blender, combine all the remaining ingredients.
Blend until you see the berries broken down.
Add the liquid mixture to the oats, stir, and put in a closed container to sit overnight.
Tips
Top with fresh fruits such as nectarine, fig, blueberry jam, and plant-based yogurt for extra flavor.
Blending chia seeds helps them break down, making them easier to digest and less likely to stick in teeth.
