Pumpkin Spice and All That Is Nice - Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 tsp Pumpkin Spice Latte Mix from Unicorn Superfoods
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk

Preparation

  1. Place everything in a large jar.

  2. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

  3. Refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight for best results.

  4. Assemble the chia pudding with a layer of vanilla yogurt.

  5. Sprinkle the Pumpkin Spice Blend on top.

  6. Add some crushed walnuts as a finishing touch.
