Pumpkin Spice and All That Is Nice - Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 tsp Pumpkin Spice Latte Mix from Unicorn Superfoods
- 2 Cups Almond Milk
Preparation
Place everything in a large jar.
Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight for best results.
Assemble the chia pudding with a layer of vanilla yogurt.
Sprinkle the Pumpkin Spice Blend on top.
Add some crushed walnuts as a finishing touch.
