Acai Berry and Matcha Chia Puddings

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon acai berry powder
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • dash ground cloves
  • dash cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Whisk everything together, place in a small lidded jar, and refrigerate overnight

  2. For the matcha chia pudding, follow the same recipe but replace acai powder with matcha powder

  3. In the morning, layer and top as desired; this example used coconut flakes and blueberries
