7 Ingredient Baked Cinnamon Swirl Donuts

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill gluten free 1:1 baking flour}
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a donut pan.

  2. Put all ingredients into a high-powered blender with wet ingredients first and blend until creamy.

  3. Spoon the batter into the donut pan (makes 6) and bake for 10 minutes. Top with vanilla frosting and cinnamon frosting swirl.
