Gluten-Free Strawberry Banana Jelly Donut Holes
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free 1:1 baking flour)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (coconut sugar)
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- Crofter's Organic strawberry banana spread
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a donut hole pan.
In a blender, combine all the ingredients (liquids first) and blend until creamy.
Scoop the batter into the donut hole pan, making 18 holes, and bake for 10 minutes.
Once slightly cooled, pipe the Crofter's Organic strawberry banana spread into the center of each donut hole and coat them in powdered sugar.
