Double Chocolate Chip Cake Bars with Avocado Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free option available)
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup BetterBodyFoods avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and spray or line an 8x8 baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk, avocado oil, and egg.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared 8x8 baking dish.

  6. Bake for 23 minutes.

  7. Let the cake bars cool before serving.
