Cinnamon Vanilla Pancakes with Peanut Butter, Honey, and Banana
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour (gluten-free 1:1 flour can be used)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen (optional)
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 egg
Preparation
In a bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and vanilla collagen (if using).
Add almond milk and crack in the egg. Mix until well combined.
Heat a pan over low-medium heat and lightly spray with avocado oil.
Pour the pancake batter onto the pan to form pancakes (about 5-6 pancakes).
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Remove from the pan and stack the pancakes.
