Funfetti Cake Donuts

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free 1:1 baking flour can be used)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (coconut sugar used)
  • Sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a donut pan.

  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender, with wet ingredients at the bottom, and blend until creamy.

  3. Stir in some sprinkles, then spoon the batter into the donut pan (makes 6 donuts).

  4. Bake for 12 minutes.

  5. Once cooled, top with frosting and more sprinkles.
