Funfetti Cake Donuts
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free 1:1 baking flour can be used)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (coconut sugar used)
- Sprinkles
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a donut pan.
Put all the ingredients into a blender, with wet ingredients at the bottom, and blend until creamy.
Stir in some sprinkles, then spoon the batter into the donut pan (makes 6 donuts).
Bake for 12 minutes.
Once cooled, top with frosting and more sprinkles.
