Vegan Apple Walnut Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnut flour
  • 1 cup and 2 tablespoons flour (used GF flour)
  • 1/4 cup coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup oat milk (or other plant based milk)
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil (or coconut oil melted)
  • 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine all ingredients in one bowl, starting with the dry and then adding the wet. Mix well.

  3. Grease a donut pan with coconut oil or avocado oil and pour the batter in. Bake for 25 minutes.

  4. Cool down, drizzle melted chocolate on top and enjoy

  1. This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, and uses no refined sugar.
