Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Cake Snack
Ingredients
- 3 rice cakes
- 1/3 cup chocolate
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Powdered monk fruit sweetener
Preparation
Break the rice cakes into bite-size pieces.
Melt the chocolate and stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
Add the broken rice cake pieces to a large bag or bowl and pour the chocolate mixture over them.
Toss to coat evenly.
Add the powdered monk fruit and shake until fully coated.
