No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 cups powdered milk

Coating

  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Preparation

  1. In a deep bowl, place the peanut butter, honey, and powdered milk; use a wooden spoon to mix until a homogeneous dough forms.

  2. In a wide bowl, place the corn flakes and set aside.

  3. Shape the peanut dough into small balls the size of a walnut.

  4. Roll the peanut balls in the corn flakes to coat well.

  5. Place the balls on a serving plate.
