Mini Honey Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter powder
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with mini liners.

  2. Melt half a cup of the chocolate chips and add a small amount to each liner; this makes 20 cups.

  3. In a small mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter powder, honey, and water.

  4. Scoop a small amount of peanut butter over each chocolate layer, melt the remaining half cup of chocolate, pour it over the peanut butter layer, and freeze for at least one hour.

Tips

  1. Best stored in the freezer.
