Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • Chocolate, melted for coating
  • Peanuts, crushed for topping

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup.

  2. Using a large cookie scoop, scoop the mixture onto a plate or cutting board lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 1 hour. This makes 10-11 bars.

  3. Dunk each bar in melted chocolate, top with crushed peanuts, and enjoy. Store in the freezer.
