Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- Chocolate, melted for coating
- Peanuts, crushed for topping
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup.
Using a large cookie scoop, scoop the mixture onto a plate or cutting board lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 1 hour. This makes 10-11 bars.
Dunk each bar in melted chocolate, top with crushed peanuts, and enjoy. Store in the freezer.
