No-Bake Cashew Caramel Bars

Ingredients

Base

  • 100 g cashews
  • 20 g coconut flakes
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 80 g oats or oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon water

Filling

  • Caramel sauce (approximately 2-3 tablespoons needed)

Chocolate coating

  • 70 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Finely mix the oats together with the cashews in a stand mixer

  2. Mix everything together in a bowl

  3. Line a rectangular container with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and press the base in 0.5 cm thick

  4. Fill the caramel sauce over the nut base

  5. Place the container with the nut base and caramel sauce back in the freezer

  6. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix with 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  7. Spread the chocolate mixture as the last layer over the caramel sauce

  8. Put everything in the freezer for at least 1 hour

  9. Remove from the container and cut into bars
