Homemade No-Bake Caramel Bars
Ingredients
Nut base
- 100 g cashews
- 20 g coconut flakes
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 80 g oats or oat flour
- 1 tablespoon water
Caramel filling
- Caramel sauce
Chocolate coating
- 70 g dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Preparation
Mix the oats and cashews finely in a blender, then stir everything together in a bowl.
Line a rectangular container with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and press the mixture in 0.5 cm thick.
Fill the nut base with caramel sauce, using about 2-3 tablespoons.
Place the container with the nut base and caramel sauce back in the freezer.
Melt the chocolate over a water bath and mix with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, then spread it as the last layer over the caramel sauce.
Freeze everything for at least 1 hour, then remove from the container and cut into bars.

Serve cold to maintain the best texture and enjoy.
