Simplest No-Bake Chocolate Yule Log
Ingredients
- 400g dark chocolate (can include leftover Christmas chocolates)
- 50g coconut oil or margarine
- 100g hazelnut puree
- 200g broken biscuits (e.g., petit brun or McVities, vegan)
- 50g shelled pistachios
- 100g praline or sugar
- 40g chocolate puffed rice
- 70g cranberries
Preparation
Melt the chocolate, coconut oil, and hazelnut puree in a double boiler
Once melted, add the broken biscuits, shelled pistachios, praline or sugar, chocolate puffed rice, and cranberries and mix well
Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 1 hour then decorate as desired
Tips
Use a silicone mold or a cake mold for easy removal
Feel free to add any uneaten Christmas chocolates to the mixture
