Vegan Hazelnut Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • around 40 ml plant milk
  • 1-2 tbsp ground almond or hazelnut
  • roasted hazelnuts
  • shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Melt the dark chocolate with the plant milk in a double boiler and put in the fridge to set and cool down.

  2. Take out the chocolate and check for consistency to ensure it is firm enough to roll into balls.

  3. Add ground almond or hazelnuts to the mix to make it firmer if necessary.

  4. Take a teaspoon-sized amount of the mix in your moist hands and press a hazelnut in the middle, forming a ball.

  5. Roll each ball in shredded coconut and store in the fridge.
