Quick and Tasty Cake Pops

Ingredients

  • 150 g whole wheat shortbread cookies
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 120 g Vitality Mix
  • 300 g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Blend the cookies in a mixer until they become powder, then pour into a bowl with the jam and mix until a compact mixture is obtained. With moistened hands, form balls of about 20 grams and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and pour into a tall, narrow container. Dip the ends of the sticks 1 cm into the chocolate to prevent slipping, then insert the sticks into the cookie balls.

  3. Keep the chocolate warm and freeze the balls for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, blend the Vitality Mix into a crunchy and coarse granule and pour onto a flat plate.

  4. Take the cooled balls, dip them into the chocolate until fully covered, decorate with the crunchy granule, and refrigerate for 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Tips

  1. Ensure the balls are very cold before dipping in chocolate to prevent them from falling off the sticks.
