Caramel Apple Chocolate Date Bark
Ingredients
- 24 medjool dates, pitted
- 6-8 oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried apples
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Optional additions
- caramel drizzle
- flaky salt
Preparation
Split each date open and remove pit.
Press each one down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Top with melted chocolate, making sure to cover any gaps.
Sprinkle with toppings.
Freeze until set.
Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy.
Notes
Dates have a natural caramel flavor, so the caramel sauce is optional.
