Caramel Apple Chocolate Date Bark

Ingredients

  • 24 medjool dates, pitted
  • 6-8 oz dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Optional additions

  • caramel drizzle
  • flaky salt

Preparation

  1. Split each date open and remove pit.

  2. Press each one down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Top with melted chocolate, making sure to cover any gaps.

  4. Sprinkle with toppings.

  5. Freeze until set.

  6. Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy.

Notes

  1. Dates have a natural caramel flavor, so the caramel sauce is optional.
