Simple Vegan Chocolate Covered Date Snacks

Ingredients

  • 8 Medjool Dates
  • 1 Tbsp Crunch PB
  • 1 Tbsp Buckwheat Groats
  • 1/2 block Vegan Milk Chocolate
  • Sprinkle of Pink Salt

Preparation

  1. Pit the Medjool dates and stuff them with the crunch peanut butter.

  2. Melt the vegan milk chocolate.

  3. Coat the stuffed dates in the melted chocolate.

  4. Sprinkle with buckwheat groats and pink salt.

  5. Freeze for 1 hour or refrigerate for 3 hours.

Tips

  1. If enjoying straight from the freezer, allow the chocolate-coated dates to sit on the counter for a few minutes before eating.
