No Bake Snickerdoodle Donut Holes

Ingredients

  • Raw cashews
  • Molasses (optional, or almond butter)
  • Medjool dates
  • Coconut flour
  • Cinnamon sugar for rolling

Preparation

  1. Process the cashews, dates, molasses or almond butter, and coconut flour in a food processor until well combined and sticky

  2. Form the mixture into small balls with your hands

  3. Roll each ball in cinnamon sugar to coat evenly

  4. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up
