Chocolate and Date Bliss Balls with Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 3 scoops hormonal balancing powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Preparation
Place pecans into a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
Add in the rest of the ingredients except for the peanut butter.
Pulse for 2-3 minutes until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky paste.
Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and flatten it into a disk shape.
Take out the peanut butter from the fridge in place a dollop in the centre of disk.
Fold up the edges and roll into a ball.
Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
Enjoy straight away or place in an airtight container and refrigerate.
