Chocolate and Date Bliss Balls with Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 5 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 3 scoops hormonal balancing powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Place pecans into a food processor and pulse until finely ground.

  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients except for the peanut butter.

  3. Pulse for 2-3 minutes until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky paste.

  4. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and flatten it into a disk shape.

  5. Take out the peanut butter from the fridge in place a dollop in the centre of disk.

  6. Fold up the edges and roll into a ball.

  7. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.

  8. Enjoy straight away or place in an airtight container and refrigerate.
