Vegan Caramel Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups brown dates, soaked in warm water for 30 minutes
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup buckwheat groats
- 1 heaped tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Cacao powder and sugar for rolling
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients except the cacao powder and sugar in a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
Scoop out the mixture and roll into balls.
Roll the balls in cacao powder and coconut sugar.
