Easy Vegan Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup soaked almonds
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder (plus more for rolling)
  • 15g chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Use a high-speed blender or food processor.

  2. Add soaked almonds and pulse into a meal.

  3. Add dates, cacao powder, salt, and peanut butter, then blend to combine into a moist dough-like mixture. If too wet, add more cacao powder or if too dry, add some water.

  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes.

  5. Form the dough into balls.

  6. Roll the balls in extra cacao powder to cover them.

  7. Enjoy.
