Easy Vegan Chocolate Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup soaked almonds
- 1/2 cup pitted dates (medjool fits best)
- 1/3 cup cacao powder (plus more for rolling)
- 15g chia seeds
Preparation
Soak the almonds overnight or for a few hours before starting.
Use a high-speed blender or food processor for this recipe.
Add the soaked almonds to the food processor and pulse until they form a meal.
Add the dates, cacao powder, sea salt, and peanut butter, then blend until everything combines into a moist, dough-like mixture.
If the mixture is too wet, add a bit more cacao powder; if too dry, add some water.
Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes.
Carefully form the dough into balls.
Roll the balls in extra cacao powder to cover them.
