Easy Vegan Coffee Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 2 dl cashews
- 2 dl oats
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 10 dates
- 1 dl black coffee
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- chocolate
- coconut
Preparation
In a food processor, blend cashews and oats together.
Add the rest of the ingredients but pour in the coffee slowly while the food processor is mixing to check if you need the whole deciliter.
Ensure the mixture can be rolled into balls without being too sticky; adjust coffee amount based on the dryness or softness of your dates.
Once the consistency is perfect, roll the mixture into balls.
Dip some balls in melted chocolate and add shredded coconut to the others.
Place in the freezer to harden and then enjoy.

This recipe makes about 20 bliss balls.
