Vegan Coffee Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 dl cashews
  • 2 dl oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 10 dates
  • 1 dl black coffee
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • chocolate
  • coconut

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, blend cashews and oats together.

  2. Add cacao powder, dates, and salt.

  3. With the food processor running, slowly pour in the black coffee until the mixture can be rolled into balls without being too sticky.

  4. Roll the mixture into balls.

  5. Dip some balls in melted chocolate and coat others with shredded coconut, if desired.

  6. Place the balls in the freezer to harden.

Tips

  1. Adjust the amount of coffee based on the dryness of the dates; you may need more or less.

  2. This recipe makes about 20 bliss balls.
