Easy Vegan Coffee Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 2 dl cashews
- 2 dl oats
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 10 dates
- 1 dl black coffee
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- shredded coconut
Preparation
In a food processor, blend cashews and oats together.
Add the remaining ingredients, pouring in the coffee slowly while mixing to achieve the right consistency for rolling.
Roll the mixture into balls.
Coat the balls with shredded coconut.
Place in the freezer to harden and enjoy.
Notes
Adjust the amount of coffee based on the dryness of the dates to avoid the mixture being too sticky or dry.
This recipe makes about 20 bliss balls and they can be stored in the freezer for a healthy snack anytime.
