Easy Vegan Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup soaked almonds
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 15g chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Use a high-speed blender or food processor for this recipe.

  2. Add overnight or a few hours soaked almonds to the food processor and pulse into a meal.

  3. Add dates, cacao powder, sea salt, and peanut butter, then blend everything to combine.

  4. The mixture should be moist and dough-like; if too wet, add more cacao powder, or if too dry, add some water.

  5. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes.

  6. Form the dough into balls.

  7. Roll the balls in extra cacao powder to cover them.

  8. Enjoy the bliss balls.
