No-Bake Gingerbread Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 dl cashews
  • 2 dl oats
  • 8 dates
  • 1 tbsp gingerbread powder
  • 0.5 dl water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 200 g dark chocolate

Optional

  • White chocolate for decoration

Preparation

  1. Mix cashews and oats in a food processor.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate and blend until you get a dough.

  3. Roll into balls and freeze them for 10 minutes.

  4. Melt the chocolate, dip the bliss balls into it, and put them back in the freezer to set.

Notes

  1. White chocolate can be used optionally for decoration.
