Apple and Cinnamon Bites
Ingredients
- 1 dl oats
- 1 dl walnuts
- 1 dl dried apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 10 dates
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and mix until you have a dough.
Roll into balls and place in the fridge to set.
Tips
Store in the freezer if not consuming immediately to extend shelf life.
This recipe yields approximately 8 balls.
