Apple and Cinnamon Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 dl oats
  • 1 dl walnuts
  • 1 dl dried apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • 10 dates

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and mix until you have a dough.

  2. Roll into balls and place in the fridge to set.

Tips

  1. Store in the freezer if not consuming immediately to extend shelf life.

  2. This recipe yields approximately 8 balls.
