Vegan Walnut Mocha Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup @thatprotein choca mocha vegan protein powder
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup scant oat flour
  • 1/2 cup fine almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut nectar
  • 2 TB @essentialherbsuk plain seamoss gel
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp espresso powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined.

  2. Press the mixture into semi-circle silicone molds or shape into balls with your hands.

  3. Freeze until set.

  4. Coat with your favorite melted vegan chocolate and enjoy.
