Vegan Walnut Mocha Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup @thatprotein choca mocha vegan protein powder
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup scant oat flour
- 1/2 cup fine almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut nectar
- 2 TB @essentialherbsuk plain seamoss gel
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut aminos
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp espresso powder (optional)
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined.
Press the mixture into semi-circle silicone molds or shape into balls with your hands.
Freeze until set.
Coat with your favorite melted vegan chocolate and enjoy.
