No-Bake Vegan Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 8 fresh dates
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla pea protein powder (or 2 tbsp oat flour + 1/3 tsp vanilla powder)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1-2 tbsp water (depending on desired consistency)
Preparation
Pit the fresh dates.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse.
Shape into balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
