No-Bake Vegan Brownie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 8 fresh dates
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla pea protein powder (or 2 tbsp oat flour + 1/3 tsp vanilla powder)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1-2 tbsp water (depending on desired consistency)

Preparation

  1. Pit the fresh dates.

  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse.

  3. Shape into balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
