No-Bake Vegan Almond Fudge Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups pitted dates
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- pinch of salt
- some coarse pieces for the top
Preparation
Soak the dates for a few hours in hot water until soft.
Add all the ingredients into a high speed food processor and mix until you get a sticky texture.
Line the mixture in a small tin loaf and top with sea salt.
Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
Cut into square pieces and serve.
