No-Bake Vegan Almond Fudge Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • pinch of salt
  • some coarse pieces for the top

Preparation

  1. Soak the dates for a few hours in hot water until soft.

  2. Add all the ingredients into a high speed food processor and mix until you get a sticky texture.

  3. Line the mixture in a small tin loaf and top with sea salt.

  4. Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.

  5. Cut into square pieces and serve.
